We plan the menu with you, shop that morning, cook in the kitchen of the home or villa where you're staying, serve at your table and leave the kitchen as we found it.

Retreat groups have their own page: full-day menus planned with the organiser, with vegetarian, vegan and special diets built in.
We work along the southern coast — Aljezur, Praia da Luz, Lagos, Alvor, Portimão, Carvoeiro, Lagoa, Albufeira, Vilamoura, Almancil, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Faro and Tavira. Staying somewhere else? Ask anyway.
