Who is responsible

• Enquiry details — the contact and booking information you choose to send through the enquiry form.
• Cookie preferences — your consent choice is stored in your own browser so we do not ask again on every visit.
• Technical request data — our hosting provider processes standard server log information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.

We do not collect payment details on this site. Please share only information needed to plan your booking.

Why we process it

Enquiry details are used to respond to and plan the service you requested. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Third parties

Following an outbound link — for example to an Amazon storefront, Instagram or Facebook — takes you onto that company's own platform, where its privacy policy applies. Amazon may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase to our storefront. We never receive your name, address or payment information from those purchases.

How long we keep data

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the booking and meet applicable legal obligations. Cookie preferences persist in your browser until you clear them or change your choice.
