Private dining and chef-led catering across the Algarve, from villa kitchens to coastal tables.
Basil is a small company with big plans: to make its presence felt in the Algarve by cooking with the best of what the region grows, catches and bakes.
Private dinners in the house you are staying in, brunch delivered to the door, birthdays, small weddings, private BBQs and retreats. Planned around your kitchen and whatever the market had that morning.

We plan the menu with you, shop that morning, cook in the kitchen of the home or villa where you're staying, serve at your table and leave the kitchen as we found it.
Dinner is the usual one, but the day is yours: a long lunch on the terrace, a quiet last evening for two. We cook across the Algarve, including Lagos, Albufeira, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Faro.
